{"id":777,"date":"2026-09-10T20:23:16","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T20:23:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/auroraprojectwv.org\/?page_id=777"},"modified":"2026-09-10T20:27:40","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T20:27:40","slug":"the-aurora-project-history","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/auroraprojectwv.org\/index.php\/the-aurora-project-history\/","title":{"rendered":"The Aurora Project History"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Aurora Project had its beginnings in the Brookside Inn, where Walt Ranalli, Michele Moure and Alice Penzo developed plans for an artists&#8217; residency program based in the cottages of the former tourist accommodations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was incorporated in 2001 and acquired the properties and performed historic preservation.
